Hello Guildie!
In our guild, you start out as a "Recruit". Recruits do not have any real power in the guild, pretty much the only thing you do, within the guild, is communicate in guild chat.
As you go on with us and we start to notice and acknowledge your qualities, you'll be promoted. If your qualities are so special that they cannot be fully recognized by any of our ranks, we might create a new one, only for you! But usually the next rank is an "Ally".
Allies are the Recruits, that have proven their dedication and loyalty to our guild. As an Ally, you will have wider access to our guild bank.
After you've been promoted you're expected to keep up the level of your dedication. Be friendly to your guildies, help out when you can, participate in guild activities and encourage others to do the same. Team up with other members, to do instances and may be even battlegrounds. The more team work there is between guildies, the stronger our big, virtual family is! So if you keep up the good attitiude, you will be promoted to the "Brave Soul".
The Brave Soul is the highest rank among the members of our guild. If you have been promoted to this rank, that means that you're one of our best players. At this point you will have full access to the Guild Bank and have more money for repairs and/or withdrawal.
The longer you're with us the more powerful you will become in the guild, and hopefully more happy too. :)
Fearless
"Fearless" is a rank that not many people will get. In order to get this rank you will need: to be well known in guild, be good at this game, have the brains.
Basically "Fearless" is our version of an officer in other guilds. And we want our officers to be helpful to the population of the guild, more than to the fact of it (meaning GB and recruitment). Although both are important.
As we oserve our members we might offer this position to you, to see how you will do on it. Or you could whisper to either of two Guild Masters (Maximborno & Featherstone) and tell us that you think you (or someone else) deserves to be promoted, and we will consider your thoughts.
